Hyatt Regency Andares
Signage for the hotel located at the heart of Andares. The building was designed by Sordo Madaleno Architects and was awarded the 1st place at the architecture awards Noldi Shrock in 2018, in the Grand Turism Category.
As part of the project scope a wayfinding and signage system was designed in coordination with the interiors design team of Sordo Madaleno Architects and the hotel operator.
An elegant, simple and flexible language was chosen to allow applications in different formats.
The project not only considered the Mexican normative regarding accessibility and emergency management, but also the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), that includes tactile texts and Braille content.
