Al Pairo Fish & Seafood Market
Named after a famous nautical term, the fine dining restaurant features Baja California inspired local seafood dishes with fresh, sustainable ingredients from the sea.
The simple and elegant typographic logo evokes the circular silhouette of a navigation wheel, intersected by the name of the restaurant. The golden color runs through the brand's applications.
The visual identity takes inspiration from a mural created by mexican artist César Lopez Negrete located at the entrance of the venue.
Better known as the Heart of Solaz, the central plaza offers guests a selection of deli, boutiques and craft beers. Pólvora designed the identity inspired in the sculpture “Time is gold” a solar dial placed at the center of the plaza.
